Hi my 1.8 ls doesnt have any fog lights in the bumper i have some and wondered if its possible to cut into the bumper and mount them in to the standard one thanks in advance

Yes you can, should be a rectangle type shape marked ion each side of the rear of the bumper panel where the lights should go.
I used an electric jigsaw and a file to make the holes, the fixture points will require the self tapper plates.
I did this on my LS about 5 yrs ago.
There are loads of threads on retro fitting fog lights, just do a search of the forum. This will tell you what wiring you may have, and any wiring work relays etc you may need to fit.
