Vauxhall Cavalier L f reg all waxed up.

Post by cavaliersri130 »

I decided to give the cavalier a second coat of wax today if I get time tomorrow I will do another if it doesn't rain.

It's called 3m m8 this stuff.
uploadfromtaptalk1351973285194.jpg
It's £9 a bottle but tescos had it in for £2.30 so I thought I would try it, its the best stuff I have used so far once wax settles on the car it really leaves a smooth touch to the paint I'm going over her a few more times as I really want the shine to be like my old cavalier i waxed that like 20 or 30 times lol twice a week.

Good idea it really is good stuff and I'm super fussy with what I use I paid £25 for my last wax but stupidly left it in the cold and it got wrecked I'm thinking of getting some of the old wax that's in the shoe polish containers when i can and give her a proper going over buffer and everything also a blooming good claying.

Reduced section? Oh no wonder then, it's pick and mix really with those, depends on which store you go to and who'd been on waste/reductions duty, sometimes you get stuff fairly priced, other times you get stuff that's knocked 10p off.... really pisses me off that.

Yeah me too I'm always moaning about the 10p reductions on door I like it when they actually reduce things perhaps if they did the stuff would actually sell instead of sitting there going past there sell by dates.
I mean you could buy it fresh for an extra 20p doesn't make sense to me.

Gave the grill a quick gloss coat today as it looked flat to me.
Not bad considering the can was only 99p.

Can't wait for it to dry now so I can put it on.

Need to remove and replace the old radio stickers as i want them to be replaced as they are part of her.
Just need to find where I can get them from.

Also today found where the oil leak is its the dump gasket needs doing so on my next service I will be getting it sorted as its making a mess lol.
