I guess there are loads of products out there but I get decent results from using Fairy Liquid and clean water with a stiff brush. The Fairy Liquid helps too if you need to get wet emulsion out of sofas. haha I learned this when I gave my bro a hand to paint his living room!

I dont like using stiff brushes i have a habit of making the seats bobble, a carpet shampooer is ideal and its one of those things that someone will have stashed away somewhere.

Toying of using some diluted Vanish or Daz & a sponge on mine to see what happens.

A bottle of Stardrops (£1 per litre and you only need a few drops), hot water you and a towel or a couple of MF's to soak it up.

You can also use a wet vac if you have one.

I wouldn't bother with car upholstery cleaners as they can get expensive if you get carried away... :D

vanish spray on stuff, or even autoglym upholstery cleaner, both good depending on how 'soiled' your seats are

A steam cleaner works a treat and all you need is water for the steam cleaner lol :D
Its what I used on my old astra an it brought the seats up fantastically looked almost new! I would recommend doing it on a hot day though so you can air the car at the same time but help dry them out quicker unless you have a wet vac which I would imagine will also help a lot with cleaning/drying!
