Eastern Region meet Sunday 6th Oct North Norfolk coastal run
Hiya, just a quick note to remind you that this Sunday plays host to the Eastern Region North Norfolk Coastal Run!
Meet: Sunday 6th October, 10.30am, Snettisham Beach, Norfolk, PE31 7PS
The aim is to meet at 10.30am at Snettisham Beach (nearest Sat Nav location is PE31 7PS). Once we are all present and correct we will move on to Hunstanton for an ice cream and a cuppa, then travel further along the coast road in convoy taking in the views and enjoying the drive to Wells-Next-The-Sea where a hearty dose of fish and chips awaits. From there we will drive further along the coast road towards the Muckleburgh Collection (the UK's largest privately held military museum) with a possible tea stop at the National Trust's Gramborough Hill site (a shingle beach and nature reserve featuring a very enthusiastic tea and coffee salesman!). The roads are great and the scenery will be brilliant for photos and Cavalier camaraderie!
Club discount on museum entry will be applicable once numbers are confirmed on the meet thread (link below). Usual prices are £8 for adults, £6 for kids (under 5's are free):
The Muckleburgh Collection website: http://www.muckleburgh.co.uk/
Please add your details to this thread and register your attendance so that we know how many are coming to what should be a great day out!
DIRECTIONS
From Kings Lynn (A47). Take the A419 northbound towards Hunstanton and Heacham. Snettisham beach is signposted LEFT *before* you reach the Norfolk Lavender Company. Follow the signposted road about a mile until you reach the beach car park (big sandy area).
Members will be travelling far and wide, so a convoy at places along the way (Huntingdon etc) if members want to meet up en-route might be a good idea? I'll leave that to be thrashed out on the event thread, providing we are all at Snettisham at 1030

Once again, please register your attendance/interest and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
All Cavaliers and their owners are welcome!
