Could you possibly delay by a couple of weeks? as i am going to be getting my cav on the road shortly, and will be great to meetup with fellow cavalier owners, especially as it is in hitchin (very close to me).

iirc three weeks time is Billing so most of us will be at that. As this meet is in the same region and so close to the last regional meet, not to mention Billing, I think you'd be better of waiting a few weeks after that in order to boost numbers.
