As someone who was raging in spending his Friday off fixing his cav and not cleaning it as planned i very nearly didn't go.

Turbodan and dan richards bugged the hell out of me so i went, met up with them at btcc cav - troy who went down friday rather than sat morning like myself.

Im too tired too write any long explanations but met kevwagg yviewtopic.php?f=13&t=12139 eventually the next afternoon realising he was about 100 yards away. cest la vie. James McGrath and humbucker, lowrider dave (his mate who i didnt get his name)

These pictures are from my phone and in no particular order.

Aye, I got my camera out only to realise I'd left the battery on charge at home, doh. Still, I came home with a Coscast cylinder head, a Cav Turbo issue head unit and a brand new GM Cav rear bumper bar so quite happy with the day's bounty!

I thought it was quieter than prev years tbh, it was spread a bit further about than before, but numbers seemed to be down. The traders I spoke to said sales were really shit this year, 60% down on last year DESPITE the floods, and to think I spoke to them on SUNDAY! People too knackered/sunburned to leave the shade perhaps?!

They really need to get a new MC though haha! The old boy doing his narrative as the cars went round asked the most mind numbing questions ("is it modified?") and proceeded to insult various demographics (Scottish people were a particular target!) throughout the day. He even apologised at one point.

If it was pre 1960 he was fine, anything after that and the world was a mystery.
