Your house is a few less miles, it still adds about 20 minuets but it might be the best bet logistically rather than everyone stopping one more time at the A10/A149/A47 junction.

Ok cool, well you're more than welcome. Head to mine and we'll intercept the others as they race past :)

Ok great. Might be a good opportunity to put the Diplomat on the tech 1 as I have an engine light on for what I believe is an O2 sensor but I'd like it to be confirmed if that's ok. I'll pay the standard fee of course.

What time shall I aim for?

I saw Marcus last night and he was going to suggest that you meet him on A141 en-route to A47 then come to mine where James and I will be 'ladies in waiting', then we'll head orf to Snettisham to meet Paul and the others*

*the others = whoever else turns up lol

Alternatively, we'll just see you there  8-)

I will be leaving Warboys at around 8am.. That gives us approximately 10 minutes for the "running late" factor, and 50 mins to get to Dans for about 9am..

So if there's anyone wanting convoy, suggest a point and ill stop en route / look out for a cavalier.

Ill be in my Astra, its a white estate mk 5.

Poor old cav, I'm glad I'd already decided I wouldn't have had enough time to get it MOT'd as I still haven't sussed my management / fuelling issues, but crawling about under the car last night I found one of my bilstiens appears to be leaking.. So will probably end up swapping the konis off my old turbo. The poor thing, donates at least three parts a year and I'm not even "breaking" it!

Oh, and if you can visit mine with your lights and sirens blaring - just to startle my neighbours - then that would be ace hahaha!

I spoke to the museum btw, discount on entry is only applicable on numbers of 10 or more, which I think we're just shy of, but even then it's only about 50p a head tbh. They suggest allow two hours or more to wander around the place, and it closes at 5pm, so I guess we should aim to be there between 2-3pm (last admission at 4pm), especially if we want to take advantage of their tea and coffee emporium!

2) James McGrath (Cavalier Diplomat)
3) Maracus & Mrs Maracus (Cavalier Turbo)
4) NickSRi (Police spec Cavalier SRi)
5) Colorado & Mrs Colorado & Colorado Jnr (Cavalier CD)

I will be coming up off the A605 then directly onto the A47

I can meet you at the roundabout in Wisbech that meets the A1101 on the A47 there is a layby northbound...

I will be there around 9.45am

Lights & Sirens? Sure... Lets wake the neighbours

That roundabout you mention on the a47 sounds like a plan! :)

If anyone wants any SCREENWASH I've just picked up my order, its the GM stuff, 5 litres, basically, I had to get 4x at a time as they "don't normally sell it in that size" but I wanted one, my mums having one, and ill have two spare. It's very good stuff, smells nice, and dilutes at 100/1 according to the parts desk chap. I put a one hit shot pot in my car a couple of months ago, and I've topped it up twice and it still has a very strong smell to it. So if anyone wants one, they'll be £10 each tub, I was hoping they'd be cheaper than that but they came to £38 :o so at a tenner each ill effectively get a £1 profit, because I'm a proper businessman!!! Hahaha!

...I've just clicked which roundabout that is... Perfect, as if we end up heading from Tina's, we'll cross that roundabout anyway! :D

The national trust site; is there a fee there of any kind? It's just that we have a membership, I don't know if it will contribute towards a group discount if there is a charge, but it would be handy to bear in mind if anyone else is a member ;)

The National Trust site is free, it's just a protected beach and sea defence that has become a nature reserve tbh, but there is a mobile cafe there and its directly opposite the famous Cookies Crab Shop which Rick Stein featured on his TV show as the best place in the UK to get crab (in case you wanted a munch!).That's crab, as opposed to crabs, which you can pick up somewhere else.

I think Nick said 945? If we're in time for a fresh catch then you're gonna love Cookies, been there since the 1947 iirc, great reputation:
