Re: 1.8 GLS Hatch Project, New spoiler, AGAIN!

Post by SeanGSi »

Well i decided the high level spoiler wasnt for me lol :face:

I have been looking for a hatch spoiler for a while but couldnt find one so decided to make something a bit different ;)

I had 2 Impreza wagon roof top spoilers lying unused so decided to try to make them fit which i think turned out quite well. Had to cut one and use the other to extend it as it was too short. Got it all fitted and fibreglassed and filled but didnt get much pics as it was too dark. Much better i think though. Some of the pics are a bit blurry.

Matching the 3 bits up to make it the right length:

Well got a few things done. Tinted one of the passenger side windows:

Also got some more blue hose for the engine bay. Replaced both water hoses and it was very cheap so quite pleased.

After:

Also got some sanding done on the spoiler. Starting to take shape and also managed to get some spoiler bolt caps which are blue but will get painted later lol.

Pic of blue calipers:

Also got these, brand new never been out the packet if someone wants them? Just want postage money for them.
