check the connector, slightly bend the pins if need be, had the wires break before now

just had a service, oil,oil filter,sparks and fuel filter. changed the lambda too. seems to be running much smoother and after a little drive around there isnt any engine light so fingers crossed it will help sort it come mot re rest lol

just need to change the coolant, thermostat and cts 'once thats in stock, should be here monday' then once thats done i'll give it to the mot guy again

just got a omega wiper stalk for the cav, so that will be on soon. and i should be getting cruise control for it this week too :)

Dont think there is that much wrong with the engine thats in it to be honest, car is looking really good, are you getting the rear panel painted ?

it will do for now lol, its on the list but theres no rush to get it done

changed the coolant, coolant temp sensor and thermostat and did service and swapped the lambda sensor the other day so it will be going in for its re test on wednesday. so fingers crossed she will pass :D

found a monster bird shit on my car this morning so i've washed and polished it, might wax it tomorrow too.

and i noticed on corsasport that theres an FK sale on so i've just ordered some fk springs and shocks for under £90 delivered 75mm front and 50mm rear cant wait for those to turn up. check the fk site out loads of bargains to be had!

75mm front? thats a odd number never seen them for cav before

looking good mate what does it invole getting that computer to fit mate do all the functions work ie range etc thanks

they all seem to work, i only use the range really lol
but you have to remove the upper storage bit above the glove box, then unscrew and remove the glovebox then you can get to the wire you need, if your cav has it in its loom. then its just a case of swapping it round. then put it all back

nah there isnt one. i need to take mine out to put a bulb in it. but i'm in no rush to do it. so when i decide to do it i will try to remember to make a how 2
