Hi ali and welcome to Cav mk3. Youve done a fantastic job restoring your Cav, seen it when you first got it on vxon cant get over those rear arches
looks bloody mint now, well done its a credit to you for all the hard work you've put in, wish more people would do that instead of just scrapping them
Right update time the cav now has a new MOT with no advisorys, which is mint considering when i first got it it was heading for the scrapyard with 17 avisorys lol, she still needs the gsi wheels refurbing which il get round to in the next few weeks and I still need to put the 60mm lowering kit on aswell, so iam sorry if it still looks abit high hehe, anyway my company car is going at the end of the month so the cav will be my new dayley runner, so had it into work today for a good hover and polish as its bein at the garage since april and ive put my espace splitter on anyway let me know what you think?
Really impressed with that i am. it is similar to what i have had to do when i got my Turbo I have a couple of pictures of my WIP in Total Vauxhall (not this month but last in the hall of fame) and i had to do a lot to mine inside and out but like yours the end result is worth it.
cheers for your kind comments peeps, yes mate as you can see ive put the smoked side repeters on and i saw a grey cav turbo on pistonheads with the front smoked side repeters and it looked mint, I will do it at some point but iam just getting the more important things done first
Another quick update, still waiting for a set of gsi rims grrr! in the mean time the cav is going on track at oulton park for the open pitlane track day on the 5th of nov (this wed) il get some pics and maybe some onboard footage, anyway shes now bein lowerd 60mm and a few details done like the gsi badge put in correct place on boot, astra gsi badge on the front bumper and its had a new window regulator plus i waxoyled all the underneth yesterday so heres a few pics from day, still a few bits to do but pretty much there now finaly!
