Re: Progress thread!
At some point I will cant afford anything else at the mo need to build an extension on my house first so won't be for a while. Hopefully get a new clutch next month it's not too bad but thought may as well do it if I'm gonna use it for pulling my caravan. It's been one of the best and most reliable cars I've had so far!

Re: Progress thread!
the cav itself looks like it has the potential to be a really nice cav, its just the stickers i dont like, but it would be a strange world if everyone like the same things, and i didnt mean to cause offence, just my opinion, Adslew893 wrote:Cheers ADS it is a pretty solid and clean Cav underneath the stickers. The boot had the original stickers removed by the previous owner and it ruined the paintwork so the stickers hide this otherwise the stickers are there to be different. If the next owner doesnt like the stickers a hairdryer to warm the glue and they will come straight off and they would not be disappointed with whats underneath. 129000 miles 19 years old and still going strong! Just fitted a new Pioneer stereo and a 1300 watt sub my wife thinks I'm going through a mid life crisis! It is very much a Marmite car and I like that!

You didn't cause offence mate I was being genuine with my thanks as you saw past the stickers, the whole modding thing is to do what you like and think looks good I thought I'd take my modding a different direction as I normally go for smooth no badges or stickers at all and went a bit mad with this one and love it! Had lots of previous cars and always tinkered with them in some way!
This is the current family car

My bike

My old saxo

THe car before my cavalier which is my favourite so far!

Previous family car a very thirsty V6 MG ZT

ALso had a few MK2 Scirocco's that I also loved!
I love motorbikes and cars but cars a lot more!
If my cav had been something more exotic like a GSI 2000 there is no way I would have done this to it!
