after having bumped into squig & emma at PV on the weekend, and having saved a cavalier mk3 cdi from the scrapyard on friday, i thought it's high time i log back on, as im finally back in the ownership of cavs again.

here she is.
K-reg Cavalier 2.0 Cdi. 5 door hatch. rembrant silver.
154k on the clocks, manual transmission.
completely standard & very rusty!
named it the golden bullet. duno why, just stuck in my head lol.

lowering springs fitted

opel badge on front grille
opc badge on bootlid
flat wiper blades
clear side repeators

prefacelift cdi alloy wheels
INTERIOR:
trip computer
ENGINE:
ramair induction kit
splitfire 8mm blue HT leads & uprated plugs
FUTURE PLANS AND MODS:
get it mot'd & tax'd
get the welding done to the boot floor & rear arches
replace the slam panel as its rotten
replace o/s headlight (done now)
replace n/s/r door as its rotten completely
sort out exhaust blow (when i can find where its blowing from, only blows underload up the road, wont blow when being revved up stationary

get rid of all the rust on the doors/archs etc (which theres plenty of)
EXTERIOR:
prefacelift front & rear bumpers, headlights & rear lights, numberplate panel etc (possibly)
towbar (i need it lol)
headlamp washers
mudflaps (possibly)
INTERIOR:
prefacelift cdi/sri/gsi non airbag steering wheel
replacement cdi or sri seats & doorcards
ENGINE:
18e gasflowed/ported/polished cylinder head
kent camshaft
4 branch manifold/downpipe
gasflowed/ported inlet manifold & throttle body
x20xev red injectors and FPR
not gona do too much to it, as i only bought it as a workhorse as such, and to save it from being crushed.
will update tomorow with more pics once ive got the front legs back on with the lowering springs!
so good to be back with cavs, ask squig & emma, at PV all i wanted to do was go home and fiddle around with the cav lol.
