looking at number plates...what size do they need to be?? i.e I can select different widths / lengths etc when making my own online???

Very impressed with the door cards. I need to me my self some corsa springs for my btcc rep asit sits too high on the Courtaney springs. Plus I like the soundof getting gmax short shocks for the front. as it bounces all over with the spax spring and blistien black set up at the moment.

yes mate the g-max are very good for xtra low set-ups. very stiff but not harsh if you know what i mean. Perfect and cheap too!! The corsa springs on the rear are also great. They seem to lower the car an extra 5mm yet maintain the same hold (not too soft or anything).

lol the door cards aint great - they are ok for now and do improve the interior.

went to get my new wheels on sat morning - the numpties forgot to put a spacer on the rear and when tightning the wheel up the hub went through the centre cap!!!! new wheel ordered so hopefully tue/wed now grrrrrrr

rear springs are corsa 60mm mate. there isnt really any difference in spring rate believe it or not, they are just about 5mm shorter so works a treat on the cavs.
