Cheers m8 yeah she's a nice one m8 she's in need of some minor tidying on sills near arch but other than that she's good still want to underdseal and waxoil the crap outta her though lol.

Yeah sure man i put about £20 in on a bad week and £10 on a good one the 1600s are known for sucking fuel sitting in traffic but when running about in fifth on the motor way and around town she's good on fuel.
I find i use more fuel going to bromley and back which is about 7 miles to me as i'm always stuck behind sunday drivers or lines of traffic than i do driving around orpington where i live as it's not that busy so can get to 5th more and do 40 alot more i mean 30 lol.

Right I got the rear bumper sorted yesterday and fitted today as it started raining but gave it some time for the underseal to dry on the slam bar.

I ran out of black gloss so its not a deep enough shine for me.
Undersealed the bar.

Colour before.
uploadfromtaptalk1350228123766.jpg
And now its fitted only to come off again tomoz as it needs lining up bit wonky.

So what you think hopefully putting side skirts on soon and gsi grill also removing bump strip as I need to sort out where the old owner screwed it back on Dick .

A little progress on the cavalier front.
Cavalier gsi grill tested in place looks the nuts.
Off now for a repaint looked crap.
uploadfromtaptalk1350415568158.jpg
Rear end had a smack so bumper sat funny due to this pushed back out and now sits better.
uploadfromtaptalk1350415543955.jpg
This was how it sat but not any more replaced the brackets aswell as saloon ones are longer never knew that.
uploadfromtaptalk1350415514499.jpg
Next on the list repaint grill in red then will be fitting side skirts only one more jacking cover to get.
Then fit door moldings and then the interior is getting the treatment and also fit remote central locking and alarm system.

Yeah i do like the old grill but i don't know i have just had that sort of grill on 3 of my red cavs now as i have done three two tones and just think it's about time i changed the front abit, didn't want to loose the gsi bumper from the front as i love that so i thought new grill will make it look different to the other.

Got to sort out some minor rust issues when I can get out there in dry weather.
It's nothing major.

Will be getting to this soon as I don't want to have to do welding on her I also have a small hole in the rear light surround I mean small.
Well not bad considering in Jan next year she's 24 years old.

Had a good polish session today waxed and chips all filled in.
Plus I fitted the gsi grill then took it off again and fitted the old one and decided against the gsi grill.
So that will be going up for sale soon.
