Agreed, colour balance needs adjustment.
"No the temperature gauge doesn't work........
we've driven 150 miles today........
the heater went cold last Thursday........
they check the level when it's serviced don't they?"

Wasn't doing graphics this time, something is definetly missing, I'll fit the spoiler and have another look.Gaz wrote:think there is too much white, or not enough.
Possibly do the black strip above the lights white, The black tops would work as its what ive done but im not sure if it would suit white
Possibly try a black trim line between the 2 skins like a nova etc, just needs something to break up the expanse of white.
Im not sure if your doing the graphics on it or not but if you are i would leave it as is for now
I dont have a full set of side trims for the doors either and I think the colour coded Vectra handles will look a bit naff too. Would look ok as a touring car rep maybe afterall.
Re: 1992 GSi Project restore maybe
Ideally the black bumper tops and trims looks best but that's my humble opinion.
Still looks good

Made a start on the interior, wont be to everyones taste, cant do the doorcards because I have to drill the doors for the bodykit and they will need sealing and waxoyling.
Got white dials, the clocks fitted not so good, rev counter sticks at 2.5k rpm and the speedo clicks its knackers off (mignt need a new cable)

Re: 1992 GSi Project restore maybe
Not much progress as the bumpers and bodykit paint has reacted again.
Going to underseal it this weekend and make a start on sorting the ABS problem out, changed the ABS ecu and the ABS light is still on.
