Looks too good to break. Bear in mind there are so few left now...
Also, check out the number plate compared to my old Gsi which sold to a guy in Wales a couple of months ago (who, incidently, is restoring it to show standard - he owns a garage ;))

the dash was horrible :lol: black one will be much nicer :)
will be sticking with it, im in no rush for is as i've got the gls to use. so funds permitting i will make her as good as i can afford

door cards are off and the exhaust is off. next on the list is removing the fuel tank and rear sub frame

dont think i can use this again lol

She's not looking to bad m8 you should make a canapy over it now will be ideal then a cover for her I got one from halfords 40 and its been on my cavs for 5 years now and has only just started to rip.

not much done, started removing the sound deadening, thats about it. such a boring job lol
thinking about removing the xe clean that up fix what needs fixing and put that in my car. then get zlet or a saab turbo for the gsi, thinking about turning it in to a track toy. but we will see what happens over time

If it were me, I'd leave the engine and get on with the bodywork, best having something to build on first

started more stripping, about 75% of the sound deadening is out. found some more holes under some bits too :roll:
and the clocks that were in it were fudgery, so i've just freshened them up

its amazing the difference between the GLS and the GSi, you wouldnt think there is only 3 or 4 years between them.

more sound deadening out today, and all the seat belts. theres just a little more deadening in the drivers foot well to get, under the gear stick area and on the passenger side firewall

got my new sills and rear arches today. will be a while till there on, but i've got them here and waiting

parts are Magnum never even got a price for oem stuff.
sheds got more space now the gsi seats have gone and i'm looking at getting my vectra gsi wheels powder coated early next year for the gls :)
