I turned 30 in August so I thought it was time that I got a sensible car. So I bought a Cavalier Turbo...

Anyway here are a few sneaky pictures of the car, as I don't pick it up for a few weeks. It was hard to find the right car as it had to be Polar Sea Blue, an M Plate so that I could fit my personal plate  and above all else solid on the underside. so that restricted my options some what.

Some of you may now the car from a few years back when it had a 450BHP engine and won Cavalier of the show at Billing for the 30th Year of the Cavalier, but since then the 450BHP engine has been sold and it is now running a mildly tuned 290BHP engine (Enough for now ;))

And here is how I would like the car to look once I have worked my magic

Don't worry this isn't my daily runner, as I have got a nice little Corsa C SRi as my daily runner :)

Happy days

That's nice! So are you robbing bits off of the Astra to put on to the Cav? Wheels etc?

It is the standard ARB that has been powder coated to look like an Eibach unit.

The picture was really just to show the pipe work going to the transfer box as it is the race box with standalone oil cooler.

Yeah I know there are not many M Plates left and not many Polar Sea Blue's full stop. So it was hard to find the right one :)

Think that's the biggest amplifier I've ever seen in my life......... That's gotta be pushing at least 5 megawatt.

Car does look clean and tidy, must admit :thumb
