Does look very clean mate. What happened to your old thread then? I must admit, I haven't seen it in ages, and upon seeing this thread, I thought you bought another one.

So what exactly did this cav look like when you owned it?

I know pie has put allot of work into it and in its present state it looks amazing, really does. Everything suits it perfectly.

Is it worth it? Where from? Price? Do they make the other mounts too?

I had brought it back from the dead I fixed it welded it on floor at back lowerd it and put better speakers in it that's why it had adapters in front Halfords bought it think the speakers in the front were jvc and 6x9s in rear I had a shit load of paper work for it I bought it from Nottingham I wanted it to look standard new clutch cam bet alternator service etc

which mount was this for mate I know on the gear box someone used shorter bolts one the gaer box the front mount and it shreaded the threads so I had to use longer bolts and double up up with washers to take the slack :scratch

Really back from the dead that's strong words and all you did was lower it, fit it out with non standard speakers, and a bit of welding.
Pie has spent a fortune and many hours of love and attention to get it to how it is today. You have a gsi that needs bringing back from the dead so show us what you can do
