done a bit more today
removed all the brackets
air box mounts
battery tray
ripped the foam of bulk head !! nice to find it was all solid
little scab at bottom right
then covered the bay in degreaser n towed it across the road to jet was it off

what difference dose it make without foam there ? more road/engine noise inside car

but ive ripped it all off as the bays getting painted to match the car finish, so all fresh

so wouldn't make any diffence in noise wise cos I was ripping mine off out of my sri while engines out and degreasing bay like you have done I suppose it would stop rust like in between back arches on a cav

rack & servo gone! don't no weather to go down custom pedal box route yet...
starting trimming cutting the the little threaded bits off bulk head
this arrived aswell GM TXB oil

got my manual rack and new joint as they different to pas joints
waiting on rack mounting rubber as manual ones use a different rubber on the passenger side as racks are thicker
also my dizzy blank arrived

Hi Pie, did you ever get in touch with the guy who makes the custom spark plug covers, if so did you get one made, also i answered your post on ctor about red 4x4 badges, i have two in good condition. Ads

I watched a youtube vid of the clelands btcc cav lastnight that got me thinking of a lad on here after hours on google i found it "troys btcc gsi"

I am in regular contact with Troy.
Think he used to be called SRiGuy before changing to btcctroy.
Not sure when, but the famous Troy Cavalier will hopefully return to the forum - even if I end up posting up for him.
