Hey Brian.
The Cavalier is looking very clean there.
Is that a Laguna slitter on the front end, and is it relatively easy to fit?
Thanks
Adam.

yeh its a Laguna splitter mate but it was on when i got it would be very easy to fit cut in the middle then chop it to the right size from the middle then self tappers underneath although it looks like this one has been tigersealed on and not a great job either
The site seems dead now?

I'll have to source a Laguna splitter I thinks, and get the coach builder at work to arrange something for me.
Thanks for the info.

I'd say nothing aesthetically as it's so clean and good looking

it gets lulls, but we are actually picking up as more and more people come on-board. its never gonna be as big as VXON as its a one marque car forum. There should be more people at PVS this year than last, compared to most sites this is STILL just a baby
I love the way your Cav looks now BTW

with gaz on this, the blocks are common as muck... you can get them from the 2.5 omega and vectra (common as muck at scrappies), just rip the ancilleries, manifolds electrics etc and walk away with the block, internals and heads then 3 days taking your time swapping everything off the old engine... should be pretty cheap to do... failing that I'll have it rather than scrapping it, and do the above.

I can think of three blocks (two on Omega's, one a Vectra) in scrappies near me. In fact I was tempted to grab one of them as a spare in case this sort of thing happened.
