"maybe that washer bottle will go now too"

Do you have an alternative lined up? The one on your car is the 'slimline' two-part washer bottle setup.

Lovely job, Darren. Did you have custom rails made for the seats?

had to have fabricated some adapter plates and modify the car brackets to make them fit, but all works good and retained both height adjustment and slider action plus works with stock pre tensioner belts so nice and safe.

removed indicators from the front strip and retro fitted them inside the outer headlights and also refitted the inner lights as side lights and mainbeam to outer, all using H4 bulbs to BRIGHTEN things up a bit, then fitted omega washer jets until i have it welded and painted in the near future, not a bad cover up feature for now ha ha

So....update time, im sure yous are wondering whats been happening so here goes..

Mocal sandwich plate onto the Z20LEH oil pump, braided hoses to oil cooler and moved the positioning to accomodate larger fan for radiator.
Image

gearbox and transfer box back on and engine mounts arrived from germany! ready to drop back in
Image

Engine back in turbo and manifold back on and shiny dewis inlet on with an Omex 3.5 bar FPR all using dash6 union fittings
Image

Image
Image

New roose motorsport hoses to sort cooling out
Image

Decided it was time to up the boost pipe diameter to 70mm for big power
Image

old for new
Image
Image

mock up pipe fit ready for welding to keep as much hard pipe as possible rather than the scruffy hose and clip overdose as seen on many, and all roose pipes fitted.
Image

ECU being fitted today so hopefully a turn of a key is just around the corner!

Top work, Darren. What mounts are you using? Also, what bottom pulley is pictured? I'm liking that a lot!

Just standard mounts Dan, new ones ordered from Germany, I still wanted it to feel a nice drive. Bottom pulley I will check the Morra for you.
