Still not 100% done, but well on the way for it.
No pics during the swap.
Which was carried out by Rob (Yelowperil / Kickin Zeds), TDI Ste, Myself and towards the end Cav TD GLS.

welcome to the world of over 100 bhp
its great to be done so far, so what needs doing to finish, other than the relay and the pas pump?
looks like you could do with a 2lt air box too Gary

Sourced hose for the header tank to the main block £2.20 for 3 foot.
Ordered a new end plate gasket £10.75

I personally hate the stuff, but if its what its going to take.. then so be it.
How long do I need to let it set before I drive the car?
Re: 1992 - Smoke Grey 1.8i LS Cavalier WIP
it will just need a smear rather than a huge coating of it, id leave it a couple of hours,
It probably takes a day to fully harden but should be useable in a couple of hours

Right, what's happened since the last update..
Ah yes.
Gearbox opened and resealed the 24th
Corsa C 15" alloy wheels fitted on the 26th
Fitted an Astra MK4 Short stick - changes the feel alot on the 3rd of Feb
I think that's about it for now.

looks well mate, you have worked hard on it and the results speak for themselves.
dunno about you but when i fitted my engine is crossed my mind as to
"what the f*ck am i doing messing around with a couple of hundred pound car in the wind and rain!!" the neighbours must think I'm mad!!
One guy who walked passed said "More problems Mark?"
I snapped back
"yeah havent got £10,000 for a new one!!
now its done ........yeah ...worth it
