Started making my inlet manifold today. Still not the best with the tig welder but seem to be welding it ok.

Ha ha very cute.

You should stick the cav on the minute hand, and the 850 on the hour hand, and be able to watch the volvo being lapped every 60mins!

Right since coming back from billing I've had a few problems one being cam belt tensioner giving up. Also had quite a lot of pinging so wanted to check for det damage on the pistons.
So once again head of. Decided I'm gonna fit my old coscast head so went about cleaning it in petrol, then decided to port match it to the gasket. Coscast heads have smaller ports than gm heads
So tomorrow clean it again
