With the correct set-up, time, patience and lots of practice there really is no reason why you can't

That arch looks mint. I really need to get some of that grey primer you use, no bits of surface rust come back at all there

Bit more of an update. The engine bay is complete and ready for stripping and painting
Welded the bulkhead tube supports for the roll cage which will be fitted at a later date.

Also got a Bailey header tank. I will be moving the top hose spout as its in the wrong place bit fits quite nicely after modding the bonnet a bit

Finally got a set of qed/jenvey direct to head throttle bodies for a bargain price. All thanks to Dan for keeping his eyes open, Cheers Pal

People use the alloy radiators on corsa xe's with no problems so it should be fine.

Well finally managed to get a bit done on the cav today. It's now all in primer just need to sort a few imperfections before top coat.
Also made a bracket so the abs unit can go under the dash, I was going to remove it all but its just as easy to relocate it so went with that

Where are you going to put your biscuits if you have the glove box full of abs?
