Gave the engine we clean up but the covers need painting!
Changed the bulb so the light now works
won a brand new set of astra flaps off ebay for 4.60
Number plates off still waiting on privite plate swaping more bloody hassle than its worth

Re: Deeks GSi 2000
Update: mud flaps are on pic to follow got a new back plinth from stevie as the old one had a bad mark on it
Old plinth mark is on the right above vauxhall
New one
Went to replace it and found the usual bits where they go only bit of rust i have found not bad for a 20 year old slag
Thought might as well sort it
rubbed down
primer started

Cheers for the good comments makes me appretiate it even more
Yeah scott I would normally lower it but iv only drove it twice and it drive brilliant you'd never think it's 20 year old and see the heads it turns probs due to disbelief there's a cavalier still going think standard looks is what made me love the car so that it is

Dont blame you bud, cant mind the last time i seen a GSI let alone a standard one.
You should bring it to Total Vauxhall day at crail. Im frantically tidying up mine for it as we speak.
Whole troop of folk of migweb going, top notch banter and a night out in Edinburgh afterwards to boot, lol
