My new Cav

Post by McFall1984 »

after my red td saloon's chassis leg went i broke it up

told a fellow that bought a few parts that i'd def have another some day
lowan behold he was offered this, but as he has a redtop saloon sri, an a gsi, he had no call for a 3rd

so gave me the go ahead

owner never advertised it an was going to break if this fella didnt want it

anyway i bought it

needs a windscreen, he's keepin engine an wheels,

car is a 94 sri 8v ( seh )

The stealths will look good when on and for a bargin price to!!! :o

It depends what look you want/like me I'm going for an OEM+ look (when the modifying actually starts lol) at the moment mines on mk3 astra ls/cdx alloys an I don't like em think I'll got for proper SRi fanblades or cesaro 6 spokes eventually if not it will still be a vauxhall wheel I go for!

ive acctually sold it to my mate, took a downpayment about four weeks ago but hes not getting it till next week lol,
suits me anyway till the golfs ready,
done loads to the cdx too much while the poor cav turbo sat as a non runner hence the cdx sale

turbos running now with a new engine i built from scratch just a list of small jobs to do plud rear bushes then itll be painting time

keeping my stealths for the turbo also ,got speedline minstrals for it, amonst other wheels

Image

needs tidied up but the shell is really clean needs two wee welds that ive seen so far but no rush as ive no plans of selling it

tbh im not keen on the vents id swap bonnets with the cdx if it was as clean but the turbo bonnet hasnt got aany rust on it where the cdx has some underneith it

also id much rather if the mistrals were silver but i got a pile of parts of a lad i know breaking an ST200 so i couldnt turn my nose up lol
