Looks interesting, do you have any pics of the car before the work started? Would be good to see the before and after shots (not to mention the during ones!)

Thanks for the kind words

It's been an ongoing project for the last 3 and half years, but myself and a pal have put a race together at the Silverstone Classic (biggest historic meeting in Europe) so i really have to pull my finger out to have it finished. Jim Pocklington is racing his Cav as well as Mike Newton in James Thompson's '95 car so they'll be three on track...as well as Mondeo's Primera's, M3's and RS500's all genuine ex BTCC and DTM car's. Here's the link for the event and a link to some pic's from the media day last week!!

Finally got all my bits back from blast cleaning....next they need crack testing and painting before we can rebuild wheels bearings
I had two set's of wheels blasted 4 Dymag's:
and 4 Oz's:
The Dymag's are not mega strong and i have a lot of damaged rims at home so those where the best 4....they still needed repairs, welding Magnesium is properly dangerous and properly expensive, a set of rods is £600 alone...

The Dymag's being repaired:
The shell as is now:
Filler primer:
Hopefully painted by the end of next week...fingers crossed, 5 weeks to get it done now.
