13.7 is a bloody quick, was that a full blown launch with the locked box? how did it handle?

I spotted the rear parking sensors, they look mint, any more pics of them?

Nice car 8-)

cheers lads

didnt really launch it hard tbh , was worried id break somthing ive onlt done about 3000 miles in it since i built the engine

that time was with a proper portatree timing setup aswell

handled fine altho im sure i was hearing spinning wheels, nobody else did but the crowd was a fair distance away

last time i entered it three odd years ago i only got a high 14 so i was well pleased

EVO 5 here i come ;)

oh and the parking sensors came fitted already but the in car bit was missing so currently only the sensors left the rest is in a drawer, looks good tho

there was a pile of history with it when i got the car from regal and courtney

i came across a picture of it from years before i owned it

Image

changed allot since then.

ah it wasn the TXB i was worried about , just everything else lol, i was ment to fit new cv joints ect but the day before the drag race i had the engine stripped to just a block ,g-box and TXB as my steering rack burst

so only finshed the car 1am on the day of the event

oh yeah she now sports a 2wd steering rack, which feels much better than the 4wd one plus gets rid of the fiddled with 4wd pipework.

not much of an update but a few pics with my fresh plates fitted and my new mongoose exhaust fitted,
the exhuast now doesnt look like it hanging off the arse end and this backbox has a much nicer note than the old one did, have nemisis to thank for the exhaust.

also recently fitted some bilstien rear shocks to match the fronts i fitted no pics of that tho :(

i plan on fitting these in the very near future also once i find some spare seat subframes

Image

the cars came on alot since i bought it even tho from the outside not an awful lot looks changed

Image

thats all for now, :)
