wee update, ordered a 4-1 ashley manifold for the cav since my old scabby one has cracked and blowing its nut off will be changing the rocker cover gasket, the filter inside the rocker and replace the exhaust gaskets, then clean out all the hoses, IDV and the throttle body etc.

will get some pics up once its done.
