Am I a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Well that depends on how much I've had to drink...

Not sure about being the boss...
But thank you for the kind words.

I do try to keep the forum happy and ticking over nicely.

My only gripe with the old forum, is having the new topic and post reply buttons next to each other...
But I will quickly get used to it.

Another happy punter - yayy.

For those who want to see what all the fuss is about.

Click on your name...
It can be anywhere on screen but the one where it says "Welcome, ............" is best.

In the drop down menu, click
"Account Settings"

This takes you to the User Control Panel

Then click
"Board Preferences"
This will open with "Edit Global Settings".
Scroll down to

"My Board Style"
Click on the down arrow.

BBoots and BBoots Xmas are the same.
The other option is CavMk3OC

When happy, scroll down and click "Submit".

Job done.

To be honest, I reverted back to the later style.
Vauxhallcavalier.com.

After all this time I have simply got too used to it.

At least, people have the choice to decide for themselves.

I am not sure if the banner re-write is still on the cards or not.

The general feedback appears to be that having the two options is enough to satisfy everyone.

I know what you mean. I haven't settled yet (-using the original just now), the new layout is simpler.
Maybe I'm dumbing down as I get older

I think both styles have their merits so It's good to have a choice.

The banner could be a bit more appealing though.
