Hi

I had posted a PM to one of the members and not sure if it went out as I noticed afterwards that inbox was 100% full. Deleted some of the old posts and I see that the PM I sent is sitting in outbox, leading me to think has it been sent?

Yep, if it's in the outbox it's been sent.

Outbox is sent but it has not been read by the recipient.
