not much to update really.

got most of the engine parts i need timing chain water pump ect... just waiting on a oil chain and tensioner. then that can all be put on then the engine can go in :)

also need to get the ecu unlocked. but later on i will uprate the manifold and exhaust and a kpro/ k100 mappable ecu and get the car set up.
with the mods i should see between 230-250 bhp

got my polly bushes through this week :D, job for the weekend maybe

Ill be surprised if you can achieve 230 - 250 bhp with just a remap and and exhaust. As a minimum I'd would of thought Head work, cams and inlet manifold. Then your start to loose your drivability as the mid range suffers

alot of people with type r's have 230-250 from just a rbc inlet 'witch i've already got' induction kit, exhaust and a remap.

the exhaust is really restrictive on these. and the rbc improves mid and top range

its along way off the rollers yet anyway

Seems a lot for an NA engine would actually like to see the graph prior to and after the tuning

epas is in, track rod arms on, epas loom connected and routed.

rear hubs need to come off again to get the bushed changed, but it does make it easier to change the anti roll bar with them out the way :)

just bought some battery terminals and got the battery all hooked up.
and the engine is cranking, witch I'll take as a good sign.

just need to get the ecu guy down to sort my immobiliser out, prime the engine and see if it will start :D
