1989 astra ragtop.

picked up this car last week. a customer of mind knew i was into vauxhalls and rang e . 2 owners from new garaged all its life been in storage since 97. no rust every thing works apart from brakes suck on at first its started and runs. got the cover for hood. no tears in hood . now freed brakes and new petrol and oil. 1.6 carb. all for under £201.00 dont know to sell or keep. now makes 7 vauxhalls within family of 4 adults.



also got 4 brand new 13" wheel trims at billing for 25 quid. pics taken before its been cleaned and new wheel covers on.

That look's in fantastic condition i must admit i have always wanted to have a mk2 astra they use to be everywhere, nowdays it's a rare sight sadly like a lot of 80's cars. Keep it and enjoy for sunny days ( i know that's a joke in this country!) . My m8 has just brought a mk2 gte 8v for £200 and that needs a full body restoration and will cost so i think you have a bargain there. Good buy you can't go wrong at that price.

I used to have a MK2 astra in that colour and with the same seats.Quite a few years ago now . It was a 5 door hatch tho. Looks a good car, I would keep it
