my novaaargh

Post by A-J »

its been a while since i posted on here, at the time i was considering selling the cav to fund a new nova, but that all fell through (thank god) BUT i ended up buying this beasty on ebay for £92

Image

a few bits of rot here and there, but all the important areas (battery tray, struts, boot floor) were solid, 110,000 miles, 1.2 4 speed. two days after getting a ticket on it i drove it to PVS at pod, as it was except on mk2 golf gti steelies (tyres to get thru mot)

i managed to talk my mate into letting me keep the golf steelies, and set about making the car a little more presentable, and it now stands as

it has a GTE interior, and is very shortly getting a 1.3 5 speed.

but never fear, its only a weekend car, the cav is the daily, and the better loved of the two (its sooo comfy  ) cav dailys ftw
