allansri's 1986 mk2 cavalier saloon sri auto
allansri's 1986 mk2 cavalier saloon sri auto
not much left to do to the saloon , only needs engine and bay tidied up as the rest has been done ,
welded 8-10 inches on both sills , new arches replaced , complete respray , new brake pipes , new fuel pipes , ball joint , track rod ends , front wheel bearings , windscreen trim , rear screen trim and new thermostat , early grill and clear indicators/side reapeters , i was going to do a red top conversion but when i found out that there was only 45 1.8L saloons left decided to keep it standard and possibly mine is the only automatic sri in britain
my first show at stirling last year with my brothers mk1 astra gte
i'm guilty of not taking enough photos have some more with the rusty bits cut out somewhere , once i start the hatch will take loads as i go i promise lol

Wowsers - really awesome
makes me a little sad, to think that I allowed mine to rot away
Looking forward to seeing further photos...
simply cannot ever have too many photos of Mk 2 Cavs

Sometimes I miss those seats, also Steve, £45 per seat is scandelous. I sold Alan that set for less than £110 inc the leather care stuff.
