Steven, face reality mate, everyone else here has......buy a Cavalier to discuss or save your breath, it's getting boring.

be for sale next week.

as many others have said this is a cavalier mk3 site not a vectra/cavalier mk4

by the way for future referance your struggle swapping a vectra b for a cav turbo.

vectra b's inc gsi are worth nothing £500

a good vec b gsi in excelent condition cant be worth more than a grand

the spike is very difficult to get rid of. its the secondary air flaps opening. a bigger fpr has said to smooth it out but then you make it richer reducing power.

after market management with wide band o2 afr readout would be good on this setup would get some massive power gains and better ecomomy

Firstly this is fast becoming much more of a gallery thread and as such belongs there so *MOVED*... secondly have you joined the vectra forum VVCO yet?

Thirdly just buy that cav turbo, the longer you spend dicking about with swaps the less likely you are to get your fabled turbo as they are quickly getting rarer and more desirable, and I for one would never contemplate swapping a cav turbo for any form of vectra/omega etc.
Save up and buy one, sell the gsi if you have too, personally I'd get a little diesel corsa to bum around in so I could save faster too.

With that in mind it's a nice looking vectra.
