Was watching reporting Scotland the other night, and on one of their shots it was near the hospital taxi rank, what was siting there a cavalier hatch taxi. Well blow me away! Not sure if they maybe used an old shot but it would be interesting to see it again, clip was very quick.

We used those here in my local town to quite recently, well say about 2010 the last one disappeared. I was trying to find the replay but doesn't seem available.

Nice to see them still working away, if indeed that was a recent clip on TV. I still see the odd one around here out and about, but definitely not as many as years ago.

There used to be a few purple 1.7TD Cav hatches in the Manchester ambulance service many, many years ago.
Probably the late nineties.
Used for patient transport where a proper ambulance wasn't needed.

Never seen any purple ones since.

All done by black cabs these days.
