so many cavaliers

Post by humbucker »

went to see my new house again the other night and in the nearest town i counted so many cavaliers, all facelifts mind, but they seem to be everywhere. will have to get flyering hahaha! there was also a capri and an xr4i so i guess the place is 20 years behind the rest of the country, automotively speaking!

Then that's where I'd like to live :cool When I was driving a courtesy 106 a few days ago, I saw 2 Mk2 Cav's, one hatch, one estate, on the same road about a minute apart  Couldn't believe it, they are so rare. I don't think they were going to a meet, but it was great to see them. Not in bad nick either from what I saw. And there I was, in a french bucket.....

Am I a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Well that depends on how much I've had to drink...

I've got two near me and have seen a few around, I normally take photos when I can just to prove they are still about!

The last Mk2 that I saw, was mine whichwas crushed 18 months ago :(

But I have seen a lot of Mk3's recently.. even a Dippy !! :cool

They were all driven by older people (men in their 50's and 60's).
