Cav Hatch on 17's

Post by Mikebmth »

Just bought a set of Monza R 17" multispokes with a 38et offset, currently they have 205/40/17 tyres on them but suspect they will need replacing.

Been reading other posts about which tyre size is right but most of you have saloons, dunno if there is any difference as dont want it rubbing..

My Cav is lowered 40mm on Gmax springs but its a harsh ride and my local area is littered with speed humps and poor roads so could I get away with 215/40/17s???
Free Parking is a bonus, leaving my Cav in a carbon dust filled carpark is not.....
