will they fit, are they an option for my1990 2.0i GLi and will my wheel studs be fine for these alloys. ET49 5.5J 14" ?

You forgot to add the pitch circle diameter of the wheel mounting holes.

And are they 4 stud (standard),
Or 5 stud (modified / retro-fitted)?

4 stud and from a MK 3 Astra but no info about the pitch circle diameter

If it's from another vauxhall it should be fine.

Wheels will fit no problem what size tyres are on them ? or size what do you want to use ?

195 60 14" from the original steel wheels. the tyres currently on the alloys are shot and the same size as i have on my car.

It is midway between standard tyre sizes.

195 60 14 or
175 70 14 are the regular sizes for 14" rims.

195s are no longer available from the "big name" tyre companies.

2 weeks ago i managed to find 4 Hankook's Robsey and very pleased with how quiet they are so should be good for the next 30k or so.....but to take your point i did struggle to see many other options although for £10 extra per corner i could have had Goodyears fitted but i have had good experience with Hankook in the past so that's why i went that route.

I will need to refurbish the wheels first guys and then have the new Hankooks fitted to them.so after that i should be able to put up the photos of before and after.
one question please if you don't mind is there a rattle can paint available that is close to the original color available.? Halfords or ???
