I'll text Adil to confirm how the Volvo wheels are fitted.

C70, S70R or V70R and yes, 5 x 108 so not sure how he got away with using standard bolts give the Turbo is 5 x 110?

RAF Engineering?
Choose Cavaliers, choose Air Max, choose Tom Wilson and Ultrasonic, choose V-power, choose 6th gear, choose Toyo Proxes, choose to prove anything is possible... except stopping the back arches rusting.

I'd say 2mm is a lot when there meant to fit exact. I'd personally run wobble bolts

Turbo #2 found itself sat on the Astra's wheels a few weeks back. 17-inch SE2's from my Mk4 Linea Rossa. Apart from the fact that both car and wheels were filthy I quite liked them. The Astra, however, looked shite on the Cav rims.

I dunno...

The bolt hole is angled as are the bolts, so therefore when you tighten them down fully the bolts are seated in the bolt holes with equal pressure/force/whatever all the way round. If you have bolts going into a hole that's 2mm out then the force will be concentrated to one side of the bolt hole rather than equally and in this case where the Volvo's bolts are in a 108mm diameter pattern and the Cavalier is 110mm, the force of the tightened down bolts will be on the outer edges of the bolt holes rather than centred as it should...

I'm not convinced at all, especially when you consider the bolts are tightened down to 110 - 120Nm and that's a shit load of force and on a wheels with the wrong PCS, that's a shit load of force where a shitload of force isn't meant to be, bearing in mind the angled faces/bolts will also exaggerate said force so in effect when you tighten the five bolts down, they'll in effect be trying to remain on a 110mm diameter pattern where the wheel is 108mm...

It's basic engineering and it's not right!

OFront wheel looks like it is too close to the door. I would recommend that you check the wishbone as it is probably bent, although it could be the angle of the photo?
