What other engine options have i got?

Post by 5853moore »

What other engine options have i got to fit in my cavalier? I want to fit a different engine to my SRI cavalier as the 8v is starting to cause me a few minor problems.

So what can i fit between its wings please?

Im not bovered about fuel economy. I woudnt mind making it in to a sleeper :)

Any engine that was originally fitted to a cavalier will fit with ease if you use the correct loom and flywheel etc. and if you are creative enough you could fit many other engines too.

All comes down to how much you have to spend and how good you are with tools!

You could get any engine in if you throw enough £'s at it!

What problems is the 8v causing? Surely cheaper to fix it than starting starting again with an unknown lump?
