Haynes manual will tell you the ratios.
Why do you need to know how many teeth they have.
Nobody on here will know the answers to your questions, i don't for one

I am sure that is also in the owners manual...

Just checked haynes.
Gear ratios are not listed in the mk3 Cav.

F10, 13 and 16 are listed in full in the Mk2 Cav haynes manual.

Indication of the ongoing reduction of information provided by haynes to newer and newer vehicles.

Current vehicles get very minimal technical info...

No sign of a wide ratio F20 in TIS, but here is a breakdown of the F20CR and F18WR gearboxes fitted to the Mk3 Cavalier.

F18 WR 5th gear ratio = 0.74:1 - teeth values = 32/43
F18 CR 5th gear ratio = 0.89:1 - teeth values = 33/37

F20 CR 5th gear ration = 0.89:1 - teeth values = 31/35

And for completeness

F16 WR 5th gear ratio = 0.71:1 - teeth values = 29/40
F16 CR 5th gear ratio = 0.89:1 - teeth values = 33/37

The number of teeth is so you can work out the gear ratios for the driver and the driven gears.

The lowest combination is the f18 wide 5th gear in f20 giving 0 74 ratio.
Probaby way to low to be fuel efficient for the engine build your wanting.
Standard xe probably work ok but be pretty gutless in 5th at 70 at it responds better after 3k.

The reason I'm asking was because I paid a Vauxhall mechanic to put the f18wr 5th gear into my f20 but I've found out he's been sacked for saying he's done jobs and he hasn't but charging people so I want to check my f20 to see if he has done the job or not if not ill be paying him a visit to his house :x Ill be saving the xe and the f20 as spare engine as I know its a good engine but ill be going f28 when I go clet at end of this month :thumb

You could go 0.71 from the F16WR, but it hasn't been torque / load rated as high as the F20 unit, so if you are planning on giving it some beans, then it probably wouldn't last very long.
