Fuel Filter

Hi all,

Need some advice on replumbin the fuel filter in the the fuel line again, Discovered on saturday Sum ejit bypassed the filter and i wanna put it back in place asap. Pictures appreciated lol.

its under the car on the right on the tank, basically to the opposite side to the exhaust.
its on the loop that goes from the front of the tank to the back - the filter - then back to the front there should be a bracket for it on the tank strap the flow arrrow should point towards the middle of the tank.

Unless its an external pump then it should be on the same bracket as the pump the pipe should come from the tank to the pump, then to the filter and then to the front of the car.

All this applies to petrol cars im not sure where they are on a diesel.

The diesel filter is in the engine bay on the bulk head.

I've found the filter just not sure how the pipes go onto it from where and to where. If that makes any sense?
