Engine problems

Hi I have a 1.6 vectra 16 valve 97 year. The idling does not stay constant and goes up and down on its own. I have replaced the oxygen sensor as well as the idling control valve with new ones but the problem remains. If someone could maybe advise me to what else I could check. Thank you

as youve done the obvious, have you checked for air leaks?
Or possibly its the engine temp sensor (2 pin blue plug)

first thing i would do is clean the throttel housing and iv had a similar prob on an xe and it turnd out to be a dodgy inlet gasket
