Hi Folks,
I'm looking for a bit of advice. I have a nice original early Cav Turbo, 61k miles. On the way to Billing this year a mate drove most of the way and he thought that the turbo was coming in too late at around 4500 rpm. He reckoned it should have been powering in from around 3000 rpm. If I floor the accelerator or drive hard for any length of time it will also put the engine management light on, though this goes off after a while
I never really thought about this and have never even looked as the turbo or how it is activated....any advice?
