1.7td oil cooler leaking

Could someone talk me through replacing the oil cooler on a 1.7td mines leaking and need to change it.

Looks like there in only one bolt holding it on and there thred holding the oil filter on does that need to be removed too.

Not had ago yet ! ANY TIP ECT HELP !! Image of it here

I inspected mine about two weeks ago while the inlet manifold and head was off it. Looks like a right shitter to do especially if it's been on there since birth and with the engine complete.

Haynes says to take the starter motor off and attack from underneath. Drain cooling system and disconnect the well bonded on hoses. Unscrew the oil filter and then the filter adapter from the centre and remove the cooler securing bolt. You'll probably need a new sealing ring to go between the cooler and engine block. Check the the filter bypass valve is clean. Stick it all back together ;)
