Driver'door light switch

I have just collected the 94 2.0 8v CD auto and noticed that the courtesy switch on the driver's door doesn't work. I removed it but it is not a single wire job it has several. Is this something to do with the Factory alarm?
It is broken in half does anyone know where I can get one. All the ones advertised are either single or double wire.

A two wire switch should do the job.

There are multiple wires for: -
1 - The interior light,
2 - electric window switch,
3 - alarm (where fitted) and
4 - kerb lights (where fitted).

But they are all triggered by the same single switch contact.

Thanks Robsey for the wiring information. I will have a go using a two pin one for now. I suppose the chances of getting another original one, even second hand, are nil without a part number?

According to ECAT24, there is only one switch with two connectors.

All the others are single connectors.

The two-contact switch is listed as
90210575

I hope that helps.

Excellent news.
Glad that I was able to help to get another Cavalier back towards rude health.
