Bad Knocking

When I accelerate or brake there is quite a bad knock and it also happens when i go over speed humps, it has just started at both front left and right side is there any ideas wot it could be??

Anti roll bar links are a common favourite. Weird for both to go at the same time though.

Check your top mounts havn't gone, check there is no excessive movement in the top of the strut

I have found the problem it was my suspension arm bushes the MOT people found it :cry

thats a cheap enough fix, £15 or so a side.

yeah it was cheap and easy to do £5.36 a side
