Just out of curiousity.
I had a 1990 gls with tilt adjustment steering.
Any idea why my 1994 sri doesn't have it?
Isn't that a step backwards?

One word, airbag. It took a few years before the manufacturers realised that they could build an adjustable column layout that was strong enough to cope with it.
